On Friday, June 13, 2025, we gathered for the 45th Annual Summer Gala of the Polish Museum of America — a truly exceptional evening made even more meaningful as we celebrated the 90th anniversary of the Museum, founded by the Polish Roman Catholic Union of America.

Thank you to all who joined us at the O’Hare Tech Center in Schiller Park for a night filled with elegance, joy, and generosity. The evening offered a wonderful blend of cocktails, dinner, spirited dancing with the Anthony Kawalkowski Orchestra, and a lively Silent Auction.

To mark this significant milestone, we were honored by heartfelt toasts from PMA President Richard Owsiany and Managing Director Małgorzata Kot – two pillars of our institution whose dedication continues to inspire us.

This year, we proudly presented the Polish Spirit Award to Krzysztof Matyszczyk, a distinguished entrepreneur and community leader, and to the Polish American Police Association. Congratulations and thank you both for your outstanding service and commitment to our shared heritage.

A special thank-you goes to Mateusz Bomba, who graciously served as Master of Ceremonies and guided us through the evening with charm, wit, and a deep sense of connection to our mission. Your presence added warmth and continuity to every moment of the celebration.

We extend sincere thanks to the 45th Summer Gala Committee, chaired by Agnieszka Bastrzyk, for their tireless work in making this event a reality. Your creativity, coordination, and dedication brought every detail to life:

Program Book – Micheline Jaminski
Appeals & Advertisements – Małgorzata Kot, Richard Owsiany
Invitations – Anna Sokolowski
Reservations – Mary Jane Robles
Silent Auction – Sharon Orlowski

We are deeply grateful to the PMA Board of Directors, our generous donors and sponsors, and every guest who made this evening so unforgettable.

The Gala is the Museum’s largest annual fundraiser, and all proceeds go directly toward supporting our daily work. Your presence and generosity help us preserve and share Polish and Polish American culture, history, and heritage with future generations.

Thank you for being part of this important chapter in our story.

Let us continue this journey together — we warmly invite you to join us again in October 2025, as we close our 90th anniversary celebrations with a special event you won’t want to miss.
